Bosnia and Herzegovina Establishes Diplomatic Relations with Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

Bosnia and Herzegovina Establishes Diplomatic Relations with Saint Vincent and the GrenadinesPermanent Representative of BiH to the United Nations Ivan Barbalic and Permanent Representative of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to the UN Camillo Gonsalves signed a Joint Communiqué on the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on March 19th, 2009. The signing ceremony of the Joint Communiqué took place in the Permanent Mission of BiH in New York.

During the conversation which followed after the signing ceremony of the Joint Communiqué, Permanent Representatives Barbalic and Gonsalves Expressed their satisfaction with the establishment of diplomatic crelations between the two countries and exchanged their opinions on the possibilities for bilateral cooperation and on current issues in the United Nations. The current candidacy of our country for non-permanent membership of the UN Security Council was also discussed and, on this occasion, support from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines was also requested.
